Our experiences last from a single day to "expeditions" over several days, taking place in the forest, in the mountain, on the glacier, in and on water and in caves and mines.  

Activities
Short activity exercise programs with plenty of fresh air and challenging, fun activities.

Organizational development
Both "preventive" and "curative" organizational development. A model of learning through experience and a specially developed process method.

Courses
Special courses and seminars give the participants an introduction to or perfects their skills in: outdoor life, rescue, comrade rescue, access techniques and safety.

Hire
You can rent all sorts of general and special equipment for outdoor life and rescue work. We use this equipment ourselves - a mark of quality.

Around the world
Company and group travel with guides to special activities and experiences outside Norway.
